Mr. Mohamed Kandeel is the Head of Corporate Services Department of OGH Legal. He is a senior corporate lawyer with over 12 years of experience advising clients on all matters related to the corporate services, including corporate governance, M&A, legal due diligence, corporate restructurings, general corporate advisory matters.
Mr. Kandeel has strong expertise in general corporate work including the establishment of Joint Stock Companies, Limited Liability Companies, Representative Offices, and Branches of Foreign Companies.
Mr. Kandeel assists and advises Companies on all corporate issues, i.e. drafting and reviewing all documents related to capital increase, appoint/change/dismiss Managers or Board Members, sale of allotments/shares, any amendment to the Companies’ Articles of Association, Bylaws, Statutes, as well as attending and drafting all documents pertaining to the Board of Directors and the General Shareholders’ Meetings, preparing researches on Commercial law, Civil law, Capital Market Law, and Corporate Law and handling several projects in connections with the preparation of Due Diligence Reports.
Mr. Kandeel is known for his expertise in the Pharma industry as he remains one of the go to lawyers in relation to pharma matters, regulations, corporate matters and so forth. His practice largely focuses on advising on day-to-day corporate matters for pharma clients.
Prior to OGH Legal, Mr. Kandeel was a Senior Associate at one of the leading law firms in Egypt for the past eight years. Mr. Kandeel worked as an Associate in the Corporate Department at another law firm in Cairo, who is specialized in the general corporate and capital marker practices.
Mr. Kandeel represents multinational Companies before the following Governmental Bodies: The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, the Financial Regulatory Authority, Stock Exchange, Notary Public and Tax Authority.
Mr. Mohamed Kandeel is admitted to the Egyptian Bar Association since 2011 and speaks English and Arabic.
