Sherif Hikal is ranked individually in Dispute Resolution: Domestic. He previously headed the litigation practices at the UAE’s two largest local firms, before co-founding OGH. He has personally tried more than 500 cases. Critically, he served on the ad-hoc practitioners’ committee that reviewed UAE banking and insolvency legislation before promulgation – a distinction unique among private practitioners — giving OGH a legislative-level understanding of the UAE Bankruptcy Law that no other firm can match.
